What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that maps out nine unique personality types. In it, we see that each type has a particular lens, or way of seeing things, and that each type has unconscious motivations determining their thoughts, feelings, and actions. In time, this model helps us discover the blind spots and limitations of our type, as well as our unique path toward self-awareness, wholeness, and integration with self and others.
Josh first learned of the Enneagram in 2010, with no idea how much it would impact his life and relationships.
Since then, he has become a devout student of the Enneagram, constantly searching for creative ways to share with others the wisdom he has discovered. His work is informed by the teachings of Enneagram masters like Riso, Hudson, Rohr, Palmer, Chestnut, and Stabile.
How Enneagram teaching will be of value to you:
Your Personal Development
Each type has instinctual and predictable patterns of behavior. Understanding the subconscious motivations, desires, and fears of your type offers power to transcend the ways your personality has limited you.
Your Closest Relationships
What you don’t know about yourself can hurt you and the people you care about. Beyond self-awareness, Enneagram work lays a path for health and wholeness in relationships with your significant other, family, and closest friends.
Your Team/
Organization
Personality, style, and preference tend to get in the way of an organization’s effectiveness. Enneagram teaching offers shared vocabulary for the diversity present in your team, empowering them to not merely tolerate difference, but celebrate it.
